Training the experts
Our workshops are held in small groups in centres around the UK, at adult colleges and training centres. If you're looking for personal tuition for your business we can come to you, all we require is a small training room.
Our audio workshops are one day events and are aimed to meet the needs of growing media awareness in the business world.
Small group tuition
Each course is set out so all areas of audio production are covered. Our workshops take you through the recording process showing you how to record on location.
You'll learn how to use a microphone and hard disk recorder. We'll guide you through some simple interviewing techniques and show you how to record sound effectively. Once we have our material we move on to the edit process. Here we'll guide you through some straightforward editing software where you can edit your recordings and create a mix.
Finally, we'll show you how to master your work and load audio onto a simple webpage.
Practical through and through
Our workshops focus on the practical so most of the time is spent recording and editing.
A knowledge of basic computer document housekeeping is neccessary for these workshops as we'll be straight into folder creation from the start. If you've always fancied your self as a roving reporter but not quite sure where to start, our workshops give a good, solid introduction.
